Refund and Returns Policy

At Keck Custom Tailor – Chiang Mai, we take pride in our craftsmanship and strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day returns and exchanges policy.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Kindly note that certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized garments and made-to-measure items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases

To initiate a return or exchange, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds

In specific cases, we may offer partial refunds:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds & Exchanges Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Sale Items

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping Returns & Exchanges

To return or exchange your product, mail it to the address we provide upon your request. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if applicable, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location. For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
